The Lowen Laser Institute is dedicated to bringing you the most up-to-date laser technology available. We provide state-of-the-art treatment for all skin conditions for which laser treatment is recognized as effective.

Laser treatments are provided either by Dr. Lowen or his specially-trained team of registered nurses as appropriate. Dr. Lowen has had a long interest in laser medicine and surgery. He was one of the first physicians in the Bay Area to introduce lasers for skin resurfacing, laser hair removal and tattoo treatment.

For laser hair removal, we have selected the Candela GentleLASE™ with Dynamic Cooling, which we believe to be the safest, most effective and cost-effective laser available today.
